A wolf was killed in the Doubs region of France after attacking a herd of cattle. The incident occurred in the commune of Les Villedieu, near the Jura border, on Saturday evening. The wolf was fatally shot by two lieutenant game wardens after it was found attacking the herd. The attack happened just three days earlier on August 21st, where a cow was killed by the wolf. The incident took place on land owned by a Swiss farmer from Vallorbe. This was not the first attack on the farmer’s cattle in the area.
