West Ham’s Corne Joins Southampton on Loan

Southampton have secured the services of Maxwell Cornet, a forward from West Ham, on loan until the end of the season. Cornet transferred to the London club from Burnley in August 2022, and his contract with West Ham runs until June 2027. The 27-year-old winger participated in 16 matches across all competitions last season, scoring a goal and providing an assist. Transfermarkt values the Ivorian at €9 million. Previously, Aaron Ramsdale, a goalkeeper from Arsenal, had joined Southampton.
