Waste Management Firm PWS Threatens Legal Action Against Former Shareholders

PWS says it has made significant upgrades to the facility, including implementing a resource recovery strategy and investing in new equipment. However, former ACI shareholder Engr. Arnold Espinoza has accused PWS of irregularities and urged environmental regulators to investigate. PWS maintains that it is fully compliant with environmental regulations and that Espinoza’s allegations are unfounded. The company is seeking a letter of request from the former shareholders to complete the transfer of ownership, which they have yet to issue.
