Ukraine Urges Mongolia to Arrest Putin During Upcoming Visit

Ukraine has formally requested Mongolia to arrest Russian President Vladimir Putin during his upcoming visit to the country next week. Mongolia is a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which has issued an arrest warrant for Putin. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that they expect Mongolia to be aware of Putin’s status as a ‘war criminal’ and urged Mongolian authorities to execute the international arrest warrant.
