Two Candidates Vying for Münster’s Mayor Position in SPD

The race for Münster’s next mayor is heating up as two SPD candidates have announced their bids for the position. Stephan Brinktrine, the current District Mayor of Münster-West, and University Professor Daniel Bogner have both declared their intention to run in the upcoming 2025 mayoral elections. The decision on the SPD’s official candidate will be made on September 12th.
