The UEFA Europa League is adopting the Swiss model this season, similar to the Champions League, where teams will play eight matches in the group stage, four at home and four away. A total of 36 teams will participate in the draw, divided into four pots of nine teams each. Teams will draw two opponents from each pot, meaning Turkish teams will face opponents from all four pots, including their own. The draw will take place on Friday, August 30th. The first matches will be played on September 25th-26th, with the final match scheduled for January 30th, 2025. The top eight teams in the league will advance directly to the round of 16. The other eight teams will be determined through play-off matches between teams finishing 9th to 24th in the league. Turkish representatives, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, and Beşiktaş, have secured their places in the Europa League. Fenerbahçe will be in pot 2, Galatasaray in pot 3, and Beşiktaş in pot 4.
