Turkish Table Tennis Duo Secures Bronze at Paris Paralympics

Abdullah Öztürk and Nesim Turan, representing Turkey at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, secured a bronze medal in the MD 8 class of the table tennis doubles event. The Turkish duo, seeded sixth, faced off against the second-seeded German team of Valentin Baus and Thomas Schmidberger in the semi-finals. Despite a valiant effort, the Turkish players fell to the Germans with a score of 6-11, 11-7, 11-3, 11-2, and 11-3, earning them the bronze medal.
