Şahin, who used the username ‘Oğuzhan Atsız’ on the platform, sparked controversy with his remarks, which quickly went viral and drew widespread condemnation. The Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into the incident, citing the offensive nature of the comments against the national will. Following the investigation, Şahin was apprehended and is currently facing legal proceedings.
