Greek authorities apprehended two Turkish nationals, aged 43 and 45, in Agios Dimitrios after discovering an arsenal of weapons in their possession. The arrest was made during a routine patrol by officers of the Agios Dimitrios Police Department. During a search of the vehicle, police found two pistols with loaded magazines, a folding knife, and a significant sum of cash. Further investigation led to the discovery of three additional pistols and ammunition at the suspects’ residences. The 43-year-old suspect has a history of drug-related offenses. Both individuals are facing charges related to illegal possession of firearms and are currently being held by authorities.
