Turkish Media’s One-Sided Narrative: Blaming Istanbul Metro Accident on Opposition

A metro accident in Istanbul on August 29th resulted in one fatality and 50 injuries. The accident occurred while the metro was heading towards Beylikdüzü, with initial reports suggesting that the driver failed to notice a warning about roadworks and attempted to make a sudden turn. Two drivers and two inspectors have been detained for questioning in relation to the accident.
