The Central Party Office has announced the appointments of two senior police officials as assistants to the General Secretary and President To Lam. To An Xo, a deputy minister of Public Security, was named as assistant to the General Secretary and head of the General Secretary’s Office. Tran Dang Quynh, a lieutenant colonel and deputy minister of Public Security, was also appointed as assistant to the General Secretary. Additionally, Dinh Tien Hai, a lieutenant colonel and deputy head of the Public Security Ministry, was appointed as the General Secretary’s secretary. These appointments were made during a ceremony where the Central Party Office highlighted the significance of these positions and the importance of the appointees’ contributions to their previous roles. The appointees were encouraged to continue their dedication and excel in their new roles, contributing to the collective effort within the Central Party Office.
