Thai Sprinter ‘Bu’ Leads Team to 4x100m Relay Finals at World Junior Athletics Championships

Thailand’s men’s 4x100m relay team, led by the silver medalist in the 100m race, ‘Bu’ Puiphol Buensorn, secured a spot in the finals at the World Athletics Under-20 Championships in Lima, Peru. The team, which also included Weerayuth Daenkhanop, Sarawut Noonsri, and Chutitasan Pruksasaran, finished first in their heat with a time of 39.56 seconds. This time not only shattered the national record for the U-20 category, but it was also the second-fastest time overall, behind only Jamaica. The team will now compete in the finals on September 1st, 5:50 AM Thailand time.
