Teenager Hospitalized After Brutal Assault in Belgrade

A 16-year-old boy, identified only as M.J., was admitted to a children’s hospital in Belgrade with serious injuries after being assaulted on Čukarica. The boy told police that he was walking down the street on Wednesday evening when two assailants approached him from behind and punched him repeatedly until he fell to the pavement. The incident is under investigation by the Belgrade Prosecutor’s Office.
