Police in the Colombian municipality of Timbío swiftly recovered two speakers that had been reported stolen after a citizen called the emergency line to report their illegal sale. The call led officers to a 17-year-old teenager in possession of the speakers in the El Arado neighborhood. The owner of the speakers, who had filed a theft report, identified the stolen items, valued at 2 million pesos. The teenager was apprehended and placed under the jurisdiction of a judge with responsibility for juvenile offenders for the crime of receiving stolen goods.
