Seven cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do province, South Korea, have voiced their support for the proposed public hospital in Namyangju. The move comes as the city faces growing demand for healthcare services in the region. Mayor Joo Kwang-deok expressed his gratitude for the support, emphasizing that Namyangju is the ideal location for a new, cutting-edge public hospital. The city has highlighted the lack of regional medical facilities, particularly a dedicated public hospital, which could significantly benefit the residents of Namyangju and the surrounding areas.
