Slavia and Arda Draw in Intriguing efbet Liga Opener

Slavia and Arda played out a hard-fought 1-1 draw in the opening match of the seventh round of the efbet Liga. Arda took the lead after just two minutes thanks to a stunning goal from Stanislav Ivanov. The visitors from Kardzhali missed several opportunities to extend their lead in the first half, even hitting the crossbar. Slavia, however, improved after the break and created a series of chances of their own. A goal by Ertan Tombak was ruled out for handball in the 72nd minute but Slavia eventually equalized through a penalty converted by Ivan Minchev in the 79th minute. The draw moved both teams up the table, with Arda now sitting eighth with 10 points and Slavia in ninth with eight points.
