Serpukhov Mayor Honors Soldier Returning Home for Daughter’s Birthday

Serpukhov Mayor Sergei Nikitenko met with Yevgeny, a soldier returning from the Special Military Operation, at the Unified Support Center for participants of the Special Military Operation and their families. Yevgeny, who was on short-term leave, was accompanied by his wife, Anya, and daughter Liza, who was celebrating her birthday. To mark the occasion, Liza was gifted a toy peacock, the symbol of Serpukhov, by the mayor. The young girl, a student at school No. 18, eagerly awaits her father’s return. Anya actively participates in the meetings and activities held at the Support Center.
