The Saudi Paralympic team, led by coach Nasser Al-Qahtani, is gearing up for the Paris 2024 Paralympics. Following a rigorous training camp in Poland and a season of competitive experience, the team is confident and ambitious. One key athlete is Ali Al-Nakhli, who secured sixth place in the 100-meter T37 category and is aiming to make a mark in the 200-meter race. Another standout is Abdul Rahman Al-Qarashi, the world champion in the 100 and 400-meter wheelchair races. The team also includes Noor Al-Sana’a, a strong contender in the final stages of his competition. Adding to the roster is Sarah Al-Juma’a, one of the first Saudi women to participate in the Paralympic Games, who will compete in the shot put. Finally, Hassan Al-Doushi will be vying for a top-three finish in the long jump.
