Russian Strike on Kharkiv: Death Toll Rises

Russian forces struck Kharkiv with modified guided aerial bombs, killing at least five people and injuring 47 others. The attack targeted an apartment building, with upper floors potentially still occupied and the building at risk of collapse. Rescue workers are on the scene.
