The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced the capture of seven settlements in Ukraine, located in the Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions, over the past week. The ministry detailed military operations conducted between June 24th and August 30th, emphasizing the use of high-precision weapons, including Kinjal hypersonic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), against Ukrainian forces. Targets reportedly included energy and airport infrastructure, fuel depots, Western aircraft and artillery ammunition, UAV production facilities, centers storing unmanned sea vehicles, and temporary deployment points for Ukrainian soldiers and mercenaries. The statement also highlighted the improvement of Russian forces’ positions along the frontline and the capture of seven settlements, including Sinkovka in the Kharkiv region and Stelmahovka, Konstantinovka, Orlovka, Kamyshevka, Nikolayevka, and Novojelannoye in the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics.
