The Russian Defense Ministry has announced the capture of seven settlements in Ukraine’s Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions over the past week. The ministry’s statement detailed the use of high-precision weapons, including Kinjal hypersonic missiles, as well as drones, targeting Ukrainian military infrastructure, energy facilities, and supply depots. It claims to have destroyed Ukrainian aircraft, artillery ammunition, drone manufacturing workshops, and naval drone storage sites, along with temporary deployment locations for Ukrainian soldiers and mercenaries. The statement also highlighted Russian advancements along the frontline, claiming the capture of the settlements of Sinkovka in Kharkiv, Stelmahovka in the Luhansk People’s Republic, and Konstantinovka, Orlovka, Kamyshevka, Nikolayevka, and Novojelannoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The ministry further reported the surrender of 58 Ukrainian soldiers during this period.
