Two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, are seeking to seize former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s personal property to collect on a $148 million defamation judgment. The workers filed a motion in New York federal court, seeking to enforce the December 2023 ruling against Giuliani, including the seizure of his Madison Avenue apartment, watch collection, autographed baseball memorabilia, and three World Series rings from his time with the New York Yankees.
