Roswell Park Named Top 10 Employer in New York State by Forbes for Third Consecutive Year

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center has once again been named one of the top 10 employers in New York State by Forbes. This marks the third consecutive year the center has made the list, which is based on employee surveys. The recognition highlights Roswell Park’s commitment to creating a positive and supportive work environment for its employees. Roswell Park is the only healthcare organization in Western New York to be included in the Forbes Best Employers by State list this year and one of only two health employers in the top 10 for New York. This is the third employer recognition from Forbes that Roswell Park has received this year, having also been named on their Best Employers for Women and Best Employers for Diversity lists. The Forbes rankings are based on a scoring system that considers three years of data from surveys of over 160,000 U.S. employees working for companies with at least 500 people. Roswell Park’s leadership expressed pride in the recognition, emphasizing the dedication of its employees and commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
