Despite numerous repairs and expenses incurred, the issues persisted, prompting Sen to file a lawsuit against the company for alleged mental harassment. She alleges that the car had significant flaws, leading to ongoing inconveniences and stress. The lawsuit seeks 50 crores in damages. The actress reported that her car was involved in an accident on August 25, 2022, when it collided with a pole due to a malfunctioning rear-end camera, further highlighting the persistent issues with the vehicle. The car company has requested proof from Sen regarding these claims.
