Railway Protection Force Recovers Over ₹1.77 Crore Worth of Stolen Items in Hyderabad

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) Secunderabad division has successfully recovered and returned belongings worth over ₹1.77 crore to passengers in Hyderabad. This achievement, part of Operation Amanath, represents a 26.42% increase in the value of retrieved items compared to the same period in 2023. RPF officials attribute this success to their commitment to passenger safety and their proactive efforts in recovering lost and stolen items. In 2024, RPF personnel have successfully recovered passenger belongings on 702 separate occasions, demonstrating their effectiveness in safeguarding travelers’ possessions.
