Pit Bull Kills Maltese Dog in Split, Owner Flees Scene

The incident occurred as the Maltese owner stopped to let their dog relieve itself. A witness, a young woman, pleaded with the pit bull’s owner to restrain his dog, but he reportedly did nothing to stop the attack.
