Pandey expressed his commitment to transparency, urging officials to reach out to him directly in case of any undue pressure or influence from individuals using his or the ministry’s name. He stressed that structures within the ministry will remain despite changes in leadership, calling for dedication and integrity in performing duties. Pandey has been holding weekly meetings with departments and agencies under the ministry to ensure coordinated efforts and address issues.
