Neighbor Arrested in Connection with Death of Couple at Nudist Resort

Police in Southern California have arrested a neighbor in connection with the deaths of a couple who were reported missing from a nudist resort. Stephanie Menard, 73, and her husband, Daniel, 79, were last seen at their home at the Olive Dell Ranch, a nudist resort located about 60 miles east of Los Angeles. After a search of the neighbor’s residence, authorities believe the couple’s bodies are located within the home. Michael Royce Sparks, 62, was booked into jail for investigation of murder after being found under the home. A search dog trained to detect human remains indicated the presence of at least one body under the house. Police are currently working to secure the residence before entering to search for the bodies.
