Navarra’s Vice President and Minister of Housing, Youth, and Migration, Begoña Alfaro, has confirmed that the map of rental market tension areas, initially announced earlier this year, will be finalized by the end of 2024. The map will identify specific areas where rental prices are considered excessively high, prompting the regional government to implement policies aimed at addressing affordability concerns. Alfaro stated that the finalization of the map will be followed by a public consultation process, allowing for feedback and suggestions before the official declaration of tension zones and the implementation of related measures.
