June and July saw the most significant increase, with temperatures averaging 2.1 degrees higher than usual. August, while also warmer, saw a smaller increase of 1.2 degrees. Despite the higher temperatures, June in Moscow experienced heavy rainfall, with precipitation levels 2.5 times higher than average. Over the three months, rainfall was 40% above average.
