A significant portion of Mexican businesses, representing 67%, are hesitant or unwilling to invest in generative artificial intelligence (AI) this year. This reluctance stems from a lack of qualified personnel and a general knowledge gap surrounding AI technology. The limited availability of skilled workers and the lack of understanding about AI’s potential benefits and implementation challenges are major factors driving this hesitancy. This situation highlights the need for increased education and training initiatives to equip businesses with the necessary skills and knowledge to embrace and leverage the transformative power of AI.
