Melis Sezer Crowned Turkish Tennis Champion

Melis Sezer claimed the title of Turkish Tennis Champion in the Women’s Singles competition at the 2024 Turkish Tennis Championships held in Istanbul. In a thrilling final match against Doğa Türkmen, Sezer battled back from a set down to secure a hard-fought 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 victory. The competition, hosted at the TED Sports Club, saw Sezer showcase her resilience and skill to earn the prestigious title. The Turkish Tennis Federation President, Cengiz Durmuş, presented the trophy to Sezer, along with TED Sports Club President Mehmet Emin Tınaz and Murat Altun, a member of the Turkish Tennis Federation Board.
