Man Utd and Chelsea in Late Race for Sancho

Manchester United remain in talks with Borussia Dortmund over a deal for Jadon Sancho, but there is no guarantee an agreement will be reached before the transfer deadline. Chelsea have also shown interest in the 24-year-old, although negotiations have stalled after some initial progress. Sancho has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford after a difficult season, and United have been trying to secure a permanent exit for him. However, their valuation of around £40m has proven problematic. United are reportedly not ruling out agreeing a season-long loan deal with an option to make the move permanent next summer.
