A massive data breach has affected a million Park’N Fly customers, with the company confirming that sensitive personal information was stolen during a cyberattack. Hackers gained access to the company’s IT infrastructure in July 2024, using stolen credentials. The stolen data includes full names, email addresses, postal addresses, Aeroplan numbers, and CAA numbers, though payment data was not compromised. Park’N Fly discovered the breach in August, taking five days to restore its systems and implement new security measures. The company has apologized for the incident, assuring customers that they are taking steps to prevent future breaches.
