Kon Tum Youth Union Leaders Strengthen Skills in Training Session

A training program for presidents and vice presidents of the Vietnam Youth Union at the district and grassroots level in Kon Tum province recently concluded. 111 participants attended the five-day training (August 26-30), gaining valuable knowledge and practical skills. The training provided essential knowledge about the Youth Union’s ideology, operations, and youth movement, equipping the leaders to effectively navigate the evolving needs of their organization. The session addressed the crucial aspects of standardizing the Youth Union’s leadership in the current context and fostering effective application at the local level. Participants received certificates upon completing the program, signifying their enhanced capabilities and commitment to empowering youth within their communities.
