The commander of Iran’s Army Ground Forces, Brigadier General Keyumars Heidari, has announced that the country’s AI-powered border security plan for its eastern borders is expected to be completed ahead of schedule. The plan, which relies heavily on artificial intelligence technology, aims to secure and seal off Iran’s eastern borders. Brigadier General Heidari emphasized that building a wall alone is not sufficient for border security and that modern technology, including AI, is crucial to this effort. The Army’s Ground Forces Engineering Unit has been tasked with this mission, and the plan is expected to be finalized before its deadline.
