Iran has pledged its support for any agreement that aligns with the wishes of the Palestinian people and resistance movement. This commitment was made by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi during a phone call with Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi. The call also discussed the latest developments in bilateral relations and the situation in Palestine. Safadi expressed concerns over the humanitarian situation in Gaza and the escalating tensions in the West Bank, urging for a swift end to the unrest. Araqchi, in response, stressed Iran’s willingness to engage in constructive dialogue with Jordan on bilateral, regional, and international issues. He criticized Israel’s continued actions, deeming them the root cause of the escalating conflict, and emphasized the need for international action to stop the ongoing atrocities and provide humanitarian aid to Palestinians.
