Goodbye Potholes and Flooded Streets: Forjadores Boulevard Gets a Major Overhaul

The residents of La Paz, Mexico, are celebrating the completion of a major road reconstruction project on Forjadores Boulevard, a project that has addressed long-standing issues of potholes and flooding. The reconstruction began on April 18th and involved a total of 18.8 million pesos in funding. The project included the replacement of the existing asphalt with 18 centimeters of hydraulic concrete, resurfacing the bridge with flexible black asphalt, and installing a new drainage system. The new drainage system has been a major point of satisfaction for residents, as it will help prevent the flooding that often occurred during heavy rain. The project also included the installation of new streetlights, sidewalks, and a bike path. The residents of La Paz are happy with the results of the project, which has significantly improved the safety and usability of Forjadores Boulevard.
