Ashraf Salouma, the Deputy Minister of Education for Giza Governorate, visited the one-stop service center at the directorate’s headquarters on Wednesday. This initiative, driven by the Giza Education Directorate’s commitment to rapid service delivery, aims to streamline processes for citizens and parents of students. This visit follows directives from the Minister of Education and Technical Education, Mohamed Abdel-Latif, and Giza Governor, Engineer Adel El-Najjar, to establish a consistent mechanism for communication between officials and citizens, addressing grievances and demands while actively seeking solutions. Salouma interacted directly with parents, inquiring about any obstacles they faced while accessing services. His visit included a comprehensive inspection of the citizen service center, ensuring comfortable and convenient facilities for individuals conducting their affairs within the directorate, including adequate seating and ventilation. Salouma also issued directives to the staff at the citizen service center, emphasizing courteous treatment, efficient service delivery without delay, and prompt completion of matters within a specific timeframe to avoid crowding at service counters.
