A large crocodile, estimated to be around 8 feet long, was spotted in a field near the Akhelav pond in Sirohi, Rajasthan. The reptile caused a stir among villagers after it was seen late at night. Farmers alerted forest officials, who responded promptly and launched a search operation that lasted several hours. After successfully capturing the crocodile using nets, the animal was safely relocated to the Swaroopsagar Dam, a location far from human habitation. The incident raised concerns as the crocodile’s presence near the village posed a potential threat to the residents.
