Hanoi will host a large-scale fire drill and rescue exercise at the HH1 Linh Dam apartment complex in the Linh Dam Peninsula Urban Area. The exercise, scheduled to last for 22 days, aims to test emergency response procedures and hone the skills of firefighters and rescue teams. The exercise will simulate various scenarios, including fires, explosions, accidents, and other emergencies, involving a total of 460 personnel and 37 vehicles, equipped with specialized firefighting and rescue equipment. The drill aims to improve the public’s awareness of fire safety, strengthen the preparedness of local emergency response teams, and enhance the coordination between agencies involved in fire and rescue operations.
