Professor Yao Kai, Director of the Global Science and Technology Talent Development Research Center at Fudan University, emphasized the importance of building a favorable talent environment and ecosystem that meets the deeper needs of talent. Modern ocean economic development presents opportunities for human resources services to leverage their expertise and drive the growth of the ocean economy. Zhang Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of CITIC Group, suggested that relevant departments should tailor professional outsourcing services for companies in the ocean sector, driving the establishment of robust management processes and efficient management systems to enhance the effectiveness of talent resources.
