Elderly Woman Terrorized by Albanian Burglar Twice in One Day

An 86-year-old woman in Byron, Greece, experienced a terrifying ordeal when an Albanian burglar broke into her home early in the morning. The intruder, who was later identified as a 40-year-old Albanian man, entered the woman’s ground floor apartment while she was sleeping. He assaulted her and stole her jewelry. The woman, visibly shaken and with injuries from the attack, said she feared for her life. The horrifying incident didn’t end there. Just half an hour later, the woman, seeking help from her daughter, encountered the same burglar who had now targeted her daughter’s house. The women were forced to give the burglar all their valuables before he fled. The police apprehended the suspect, who was known to have a history of theft and drug offenses. He was an illegal immigrant from Albania.
