Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly convened a meeting at the government headquarters in New Alamein City to discuss the needs of the oil sector and efforts to increase petroleum production. According to Extra News, Madbouly emphasized the government’s dedication to sustainable monthly payments to foreign partners to maintain production rates and ongoing exploration activities. The meeting also addressed the recent launch of a global tender for 2024, seeking bids for natural gas and crude oil exploration in 12 sectors within the Mediterranean Sea and Nile Delta.
