Drunk Men Steal Flags from Veterans’ Center in Rio Grande

Two men were arrested and charged with theft after stealing flags from the Ex-Combatants Center in Rio Grande, Argentina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning and was captured on the center’s security cameras. Police located the men, who were identified as Jonatan Gerardo Mansilla, 37, and Cristian Gabriel Diaz, 34, while they were walking on Pacheco and Smith Street carrying the flags. Both were charged with theft. Breathalyzer tests were administered, revealing that Mansilla had a blood alcohol content of 1.19 g/L and Diaz 0.84 g/L. After being detained for six hours, the men were released, and the flags were returned to the center.
