A 40-year-old lineman, identified as Ashok, was killed in a car-truck collision in Ibrahimpally, Ranga Reddy district of Telangana. Ashok, a resident of Kanakamamidi village, was on his way to work in Tandur when his car collided with a truck. The accident occurred while Ashok was attempting to overtake a vehicle. Ashok died at the scene. Police are investigating the incident.
