Daniel Podence Joins Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia: Ex-Wolves Star Signs with Al Shabab

Daniel Podence is set to leave Wolverhampton and join Saudi Arabian club Al Shabab, according to journalist Ben Jacobs of GiveMeSports. The former Sporting CP player has reportedly said goodbye to his teammates at Wolves. The transfer fee is said to be $5 million (approximately €4.52 million). Wolverhampton is expected to receive 35% of any future sale of the player. Podence initially joined Wolverhampton in July 2018 from Olympiacos for €19.6 million. He spent the past season on loan back to the Greek club.
