Cultural Heritage Journey: Exploring Gyeongsan Gamyeong Park in Daegu

The ‘2024 Daegu Cultural Heritage Journey’ took place in Gyeongsan Gamyeong Park in Daegu, South Korea. The event featured a variety of performances, exhibitions, and interactive programs, all themed around the ‘Color-Filled Time Travel’ concept. The highlight included a performance of the intangible cultural heritage ‘Sugunchum’ (rope skipping) and a ‘Hyangchondo Tour,’ where visitors explored the park while carrying traditional ‘daldeung’ (woven baskets) made by local residents. Tourists from Turkey, dressed in traditional Korean attire, participated in the Hyangchondo Tour, adding an international flair to the event.
