Bournemouth has announced the signing of Kepa Arrizabalaga on loan from Chelsea. The Spanish international will spend a second consecutive season on loan after a disappointing stint at Real Madrid last year. Despite being the most expensive goalkeeper in football history, having joined Chelsea for €80 million in 2018, Kepa has struggled to secure a regular starting role at Stamford Bridge. Bournemouth’s CEO, Neill Blake, expressed excitement at bringing Kepa to the club, stating that they saw this as an opportunity to add a high-caliber player to their squad.
