Bristol is gearing up for a festive season like no other, with a brand-new Christmas village set to join the popular Christmas Market in Broadmead. The village, planned for Castle Park, will boast a festive atmosphere with a mulled wine bar, a stage for entertainment, a roller skating tent, and virtual reality games. Organizers, Relevention Limited, who have been behind the successful Christmas Market since 2018, envision the village as a complement to the existing attractions, creating a larger and more immersive festive experience. The village is planned to be open from November 14th to January 5th, and will feature a variety of activities for all ages. From ice skating and virtual reality games to festive food and drinks, the village promises to be a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. The plans are currently pending approval from Bristol City Council, with a decision expected by September 26th.
